  1. My advice to another is to sit with what is happening for you – hard as it is to stay with pain or emptiness, it is all part of the same process. If it doesn’t feel good that’s ok. That is what it is all about – the experience of everything without judgement. When the journey feels like it is not happening – it actually is.
